NEA Home Improvements was founded in 1981 with a vision to bring honesty and quality back to the construction industry. Starting with small commercial tenant improvements, we've grown into one of the region's most respected general contractors, managing projects from $100K renovations to $10M+ ground-up construction.
Our growth has been intentional and sustainable. We've never compromised quality for volume, and we've built our reputation one successful project at a time. Today, 70% of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a testament to the relationships we build and the quality we deliver.
Our team now includes 35 full-time employees: project managers, superintendents, estimators, and support staff. We work with a trusted network of licensed subcontractors who share our commitment to craftsmanship and professionalism.
